Very well decorated and well maintained watercraft that would make a great live-aboard, family cruiser or entertainment center. It has a 15 ft beam and is very stable in the water; which also provides a very spacious interior. It has fresh 130 hr rebuilt Chris-craft engines 350 hp each. Onan 12.5 KW Onan Gen set and the bottom was cleaned, refreshed and redone 3 yrs ago with interprotect treatment. The water capacity is 250 gallons and the hot water tank is 19 gal; which is very ample for this vessel. The head is a vacu-flush upgrade and the shower is large. She has plenty of a/c and heating capacity. It comes with (2) depth finders, dockside water connection, (3) bilge pumps, (2) vhf radios and a very good stereo system. The galley is large and well equipped stove, oven and microwave with a full sized refrigerator, pressure water system, very nice wooden floors and 30 gal holding tank. The bridge has a bimini and full enclosure. The dining area is spacious and so is the forward salon. This boat has front and rear splash guards. Therefore it can handle the spray much better than most house boats while cruising in rougher/windy waters.
