1977 Hatteras 42 LRC, This Hatteras 42 LRC is a classic full displacement tri cabin trawler with wide walk around side decks. With her 745 gal. fuel capacity, she has a theoretical range of over 1,200 nautical miles (that's Seattle to Ketchikan!). This vessel has been lovingly cared for and maintained by the same owner for the last 19 years. All systems are in excellent working order. Detroit 4-53s are an incredibly simple engine. Anyone with basic mechanical skills can maintain and service them and replacement parts are readily available. The engines are running strong and show no sign of needing anything but routine maintenance. In the April 2001 Passage Maker magazine article on Hatteras LRCs, Robert M. Lane writes, "Hatteras owners report running the Detroits 12,000 hours or more before an overhaul is needed." The original Hatteras 42 LRC drawings, electrical, and mechanical schematics as well as all mechanical and electrical equipment manuals are on the vessel. Hatteras 42 LRCs have a minimum of exterior teak which keeps exterior maitenance to a minimum and gives the vessel a much more modern look. The Christine is a well maintained dependable cruiser who's beautiful and timeless lines turns heads wherever she goes. For more information please visit www.hatteras42lrc.com $134,900.00, 2532651663
