SELLER DESCRIPTION

Original owner,very clean re-built Atomic 4. Fresh bottom paint, Dinghy and 3 hp o/b.

Accomodations:
There is a V berth forward with filler cushion,head and shower, mid-ship to port. There is a single sette port and U-shaped convertible dinette opposite.The galley is on the port side and Navigation station is starboard.

Galley:
There is a 3 burner Keynon propane stove, ice box, pressure hot and cold water.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Electronics include a Handheld GPS & VHF. There is a new Gps in a box not installed.

Electrical System:
There are 3 batteries, a 20 Amp battery charger and perko switch.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Deck equipment consists of bow pulpit with anchor roller, plow anchor, dock lines& fenders, life jackets, navigation light and swim ladder.

Sails and Rigging:
Sails include Harken roller furling,main,spinaker #1 and #2 genoa 110% All sails are in good condition. Spinaker pole, reaching strut and 4 Lewmar winches. Rigged with a Tabernacle mast.

Additional Equipment:
The Atomic 4 was re-built 20 hrs ago. The bottom paint was done a year ago. There is an inflateble dinghy and 3 hp o/b. There is a new uninstalled water heater plus an uninstalled GPS to go with boat.
