The Columbia 8.3 is one of the largest and strongest boats ever built in its size class. Sisterships have successfully gone transoceanic. This Alan Payne design incorporates a high freeboard and high volume hull carrying its generous beam way aft for stability and comfort. It has a large fin keel for stability and windward and reaching performance. Its large rudder with large skeg help give it very good directional control. With its Yanmar diesel and large interior, the Columbia 8.3 is a great go-anywhere cruiser. The owner of this boat is ready to sell as he has moved inland to start a new family.Contact Rob Lager at 516-767-0141 for further information.
