Accomodations:
Starting from aft, there is a large swim platform with a dive ladder on the port side. The starboard side of the swim platform has a transom gate for entering into the large, covered aft deck. From the aft deck you can ascend to the upper deck. The upper deck is extremely large. It is over two thirds the length of the boat. Up here you see lots of space and a dock box. There is a set of patio furniture up here as well. Moving forward you see two back to back seats, one port and one starboard. To port there is a hatch that goes down to the lower helm deck. The helm has two swivel chairs up here with a commanding view of the scenery around you. The helm up here has controls for the autopilot, an electronic compass and controls for the trim tabs. If you enter the cabin from the aft deck, you walk into a small stateroom that is currently being used for storage and the optional washer dryer unit. There is enough room here for a sleeper sofa or a card table to expand your entertaining options. To starboard is an enclosed head with shower. Moving forward there is a cabinet to starboard for storage. Ahead of that is the refrigerator. To port is the dinette with a picture window to give you a fantastic view of your anchorage. Ahead of the refrigerator is the galley. Mascota comes complete with a microwave, a toaster oven, and a princess stove with oven. To port is a ladder that leads up to the hatch on the flybridge. Just ahead of that is a recliner. To starboard is a barstool for the bar just ahead of the galley. Another recliner is located just ahead of the bar. The lower helm is fully equipped. She has two VHFs, a Weather Wizard, an autopilot, a new Furuno 24 mile radar, and an engine synchronizer. There is a computer to the port side of the helm. Please note that the monitor pictured doesn't come with the unit. Another monitor will be provided. Going starboard and down the steps you see the large forward head, complete with a tub. Moving forward there is an island berth that is actually a waterbed. Moving aft from the steps and stepping down you see the twin stateroom. There is a berth to starboard and the port one has been converted for storage as well as providing a place for the optional safe and the second refrigerator. This is a boat designed for those that spend a lot of time aboard and need a little extra living space. She is nicely laid out for a weeklong or even a month long cruise. These Bluewaters make excellent live-aboards. This boat could be your next home or just a home away from home.

Whether you cruise in the winter or the summer the boat will always be just right. A very nice addition is the Powertech diesel generator. It is a newer unit with its own separate fuel tank.
