HAULED MAY '07 FOR FRESH BOTTOM PAINT AND ZINCS - READY TO GO!This 48' Custom manufactured 1985 steel Pilothouse Trawler is a strong sea going vessel with the desirable Portuguese Bridge feature. The hull has a full keel and skeg arrangement. The Salon and Galley are on the main level with the Pilothouse up two steps forward. The Master Stateroom area is down forward while the Guest Stateroom area is down aft of the main level. Each Stateroom area has a separate head with shower. The flooring throughout is Oak Parquet.The Pilothouse has both Port and Starboard doors to the covered bulwarked side deck walk-around that leads aft to the covered Stern Cockpit. There is also a Port side door from the Salon/Galley level to the covered side walk-around.The spacious Engine Compartment is reached via a floor hatch in the Galley area. It houses a single FWC 165 Hp Detroit Diesel and a 15 KW Westerbeke Generator with Dry Stack Exhaust system. Galley:
The Galley is aft of the Salon and has a Starboard side "pass-thru" counter. There is a Port side asile through the Salon/Galley area. The Galley has a Jenn-Air Oven and 4 burner Stove with Grill. Above it is a Microwave. This arrangement is athwart ships. A deep double sink arrangement is along the Starboard side. Aft athwartships is a counter with cabinets and Silver King Refrigerator and Freezer units on top.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
The Pilothouse is equipped with the following navigation/communications equipment:Raytheon Radar(#20XX), Fishfinder/Depth(#750), Chartplotter(#601XX) and GPS(#298). The VHF unit and the Hailer/Listener/Fog signal unit are Standard Horizon models. Also, there is a Northstar Loran C unit(#800).

Deck and Hull Equipment:
The Pilothouse is accessible from both Port and Stardboard side deck doors and has an aft interior door(and two steps)to the Salon/Galley area. There is a Portuguese Bridge area, forward of the Pilothouse, which leads to the foredeck and the anchor(hydraulic)and docking (electric) windlass. The Pilothouse helm station is on centerline with engine instruments on the dash. Electronics are placed on the dash areas and also overhead. There is companion seating aft to Starboard. Windows surround the area, including two aft. Flooring is Oak Parquet.

Additional Equipment:
The Shore Power system is 50 Amp. There are two anchors(Northill and Danforth) with 900' of rode. The propeller is a 30" 4 blade model and it and the rudder are fully protected by the full keel hull and skeg. There is a hoist arrangement for a dinghy mounted on the roof. The Radar pedestial, horns, antenna mast, and large powered searchlight are also mounted on the roof.
