EXTREMELY FUEL EFFICIENT GPH 5-6 AT NICE CRUISING SPEED!This immaculate yacht has been meticulously maintained and kept under cover for most of her life. She is under a maintanance contract that ensures regular checks and cleaning. Owner has spent approximately $125,000 on upgrades throughout, including new paint, bottom job, granite, electrical/wiring system, enclosure, and carpet and upholstery on flybridge. Accomodations:
Two salons make for a very spacious and comfortable yacht. Aft salon is hard enclosed with sliding door to aft deck as well as port & stbd wing doors. 19" color TV with built-in VHS/DVD located in the forward wet bar. This space is air conditioned with a 16k BTU reverse cycle unit. Down three steps leads you to lower salon and galley area with great window vision. This area has a newly covered L-shaped settee with three additional chairs and an entertainment center to stbd. The lower helm station is forward and U-shaped galley is aft on same level. A/C unit in this area was new in 2003. Aft and down from the lower salon level leads to a guest stateroom/study area on the portside. The over/under bunks can be easily converted to a sofa and sitting area. There is a built-in desk, stool, and hanging locker. An aft sliding door opens to master stateroom. Master stateroom is full-width aft with center-line queen berth, and can be accessed through main passageway or guest stateroom. Dual granite nightstands, vanity, ample storage with drawers and hanging lockers. This space has a nearly new 16k BTU reverse cycle A/C unit. Head has double sinks, granite, and a good size shower stall, with entrance from master stateroom or main passageway. Forward is an additional guest stateroom with V-berth, hanging locker, access to the anchor locker, overhead hatch (which has just been re-sealed), a 12k BTU reverse cycle A/C unit, and a wet head with electric toilet. Holding tank for heads is new.

Mechanical Equipment:
Both engines are in excellent condition. Port was replaced at the beginning of 2004 and has aprx. 1500 hours. Stbd was replaced in the mid-90's and has aprx. 2450 hours. Generator has 1498 hours. The entire boat, from engines to generator to hoses, is maintained under a contract that ensure regular checks and cleaning.
