1986 LIEN HWA model 56, Affordable Luxury Princess Arianna is excellent for extended cruising, live aboard, or entertaining. This vessel is in nice condition and mechanically very well maintained. She is stabilized for comfort. This boat features three large staterooms with ensuite vac-u-flush heads and a full office with dinette. The walk-in engine room completes the lower deck. Galley up with a very nice lower helm and salon. A large enclosed aft deck with bench seating and a teak table that seats eight. The wing doors provide access to the full walk around side decks and bow. The enclosed flying bridge is spacious and has access from the lower helm and the aft deck. The boat deck features an L-shaped settee with storage under and holds the 11 foot Novurania RIB with 25 HP Yamaha.

Accomodations:
This vessel has a large salon, three staterooms, each with its own head. Plus there is an office. The interior throughout features a honey colored teak interior. The master is entered from the aft starboard side salon and has an island queen bed with hanging lockers and extensive storage on both sides. The private head with tub/shower is to port. Side ports and two large ports aft allow good natural lighting. From the starboard side next to the lower helm, you access the other two staterooms and the office. You step down into the dinette and office. Forward is a stateroom with bunks, head and shower. Aft of the office is the VIP stateroom with a single bunk over a queen size berth. To starboard is the ensuite head and shower and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Aft of this stateroom is a full width, stand up engine room with doors both fore and aft for easy access. As you can see in the pictures, the aft deck, salon, office and galley are all very roomy with storage everywhere. The enclosed flying bridge is a very comfortable place to entertain and holds the shore boat aft with railings all around. New covers on most seat cushions and full canvas covers for all the rails, ( brightwork in very good condition). All canvas on the aft deck is about one year old. Most through hull and shut off valves were replaced this spring. Hull has been painted and new (green)boot and accent stripe added. Bottom paint in spring 2002. Salon teak floor has been re-varnished. This boat shows well and has been taken good care of, come see for yourself. The aft deck, salon, office and galley are all quite roomy with storage everywhere. There is documentation that the previous owners of this vessel have taken good care of her engines and all systems. The current owner has a penchant for maintenance and practices due diligence ensuring that all systems are running well.

Galley:
The galley has full sized appliances including a side by side refrigerator/freezer, LPG gas stove/oven. Microwave. The stainless steel sink is centerline. Galley is U-shaped and nicely opens to the salon. There are drop down cabinets, marble counter top on bar, Formica counter top in galley. Ice maker in salon. Large pantry under the stairs to fly bridge. Extensive storage in salon. Refrigerated wine cooler and sink/ wet bar on the aft deck. LPG BBQ is on the fly bridge.
