Accomodations:
The 40' Baia is a well built, heavy construction express. She has a centerline forward berth. The galley / dinette area is amidships with separte head and shower to starboard. The dinette will collapse to make a double berth. The cockpit is roomy with a large sunpad aft.
Mechanical Equipment:
There is excellet engine access under the aft sun pad. The generator is under the cockpit sole beside the helm. The engines are mounted on steel T-caps that are thru bolted to the stringer system. Each inboard mount shares part of the T-bracket with the other engine. The fuel tank is mounted at the forward end of the engine room.
