1987 MARINETTE 41 Motor Yacht, This 1987 Marinette 41' has the most livability, space , and comfort of any boat in its class. The aft cabin and forward cabin both have centerline queen berths with a private head and walkin shower in each stateroom. The livability of this boat is huge and plush. Ample seating comfort on the brige for 8 persons and a 10x14 sundeck to enjoy sunbathing make this a wonderful coastal cruiser or second home.

Accomodations:
She sleeps 4 owners and guests in 2 staterooms plus 2 settee berths and 2 salon berths for a total of 8 berths. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including 1 guest head and 1 guest shower. The master stateroom is aft below the raised aft sun deck and is the full width of the vessel. There is a comfortable centerline queen bed and lots of drawer and locker storage in the room. Each side of the bed has vanity countertops with drawers. The master head and separate shower stall is to starboard. The heads are electric with holding tank. Up three steps to the large salon with large windows with screens that open for fresh air. The exit to the aft deck is to port up four steps. The lower helm is to Stb. The electrical panel and built-in TV and VHS are aft. There is an L-shaped sofa with corner table to starboard (sofa converts to double bed. To port is a ice maker. This area and the forward stateroom have their own air conditioning units. The guest head is to port with a separate shower stall and electric head. The centerline double bed is comfortable and there is good storage in this cabin also.

Galley:
The large galley is down two steps from the salon. There is a face to face dinette to the Port side. The full size refrigerator with top freezer is in great shape. There is a microwave and three-burner electric Galley Maid stove with oven. The double S/S sinks are deep and there is a lot of fine coutertop space provided along with good storage in cabinets and drawers.

Electrical System:
110V AC electrical system, generator, battery with parallel switch, 12V DC electrical system, automatic and manual battery chargers, dockside electrical cables. The electrical panel is easy to get to and easy to operate. There is double 30 amp shore power connections and two shore power cords. There are three electrical battery switches. This vessel is also equipped with the Electrocatalytic monitoring system.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Aluminum deck, anchor, bimini top, bow pulpit with rails, navigation lights, white hull, swim ladder, swim platform, anchor davit, electric windlass, single electric controlled search light. The canvas and flybridge seat covers are all in good condition. The flybridge is large and very accommodating with its helm chair forward and the built-in seating with storage the port and starboard bench seats. The bimini top is attached to the radar arch aft and run to the front of the ridge with S/S frames. Down three steps to the raised aft deck with four deck chairs.
