1988 Albin North Sea Cutter 48,This is a 48' Albin with a great looking dark blue hull, flybrige and aft entertainment deck. She is powered by twin Volvo, 255 HP Diesels and will cruise at 14 to 16 Knots. She is a two stateroom layout with a galley down. Her master stateroom aft features a Queen berth, enclosed shower and head and plenty of storage and closet space. She has a nice size salon that is open, airy and bright.

Accomodations:
This vessel will sleep six owners and guests in one aft cabin with Queen size center line bed, one forward cabin with double port side berth and Salon couch. She also features two private enclosed heads and showers, full galley and large salon.

Galley:
Galley down with twin basin sink, Norcold ac/dc frig, propane stove with oven, hot and cold pressure 12 gal hot water with electric and heat exchanger element and accumulator tank,plenty of storage space and warm teak woods abundant. This is a very functional galley. Being a galley down all food prep is out and away from the salon.

Vhf Marine radio, depth finder, radar, compass, complete instrumentation on upper and lower station.

Electrical System:
110 shore power with system with circuit breaker panel, outlets and light fixtures. Also genset.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Full width walk-around decks with non-skid surfaces. Full width,large, self-bailing cockpit with teak decking and transom door. This is a full size cockpit great for all watersports, fishing, swiming, diving and entertainment.
