Accomodations:
The Pearson 27 features an enclosed aft stateroom to port and a large enclosed head to starboard. With over 6' of headroom in the main cabin, you will find the 27 to be remarkably open and airy. Forward, the spacious wraparound settee with dining table converts easily into a huge double berth - a full 7 feet long.

Galley:
The Pearson 27 sailboat galley is amidships with the stove and sink to port and a large ice box covered by a spacious chart table/countertop to starboard. This arrangement is excellent for smaller boats as it maximizes galley work space and ice box volume. Hot water heater.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Depth, speed, water temperature, AM/FM CD player, and pedestal mounted compass.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
All lines lead aft to the cockpit, self tailing winches, roller furling genoa, wheel helm.

Additional Equipment:
Almost $40,000 invested into this Pearson Sailboat since spring of 2007. Topsides, deck and bottom were painted in the spring of 2007. Mainsail, 130% genoa, and roller furler purchased new in spring of 2007 (used 4 times), cabin refinished 2007, newer cabin cushions, and mainsail cover purchased new summer 2007. New transmission installed summer 2007. New LeFiell mast, mast base, LeFiell boom, standing rigging, running rigging, stanchions with deck reinforcing, lifelines (upper installed 2007 and lower installed 2008), port side aft pulpit with deck reinforcing, and new diesel fill. All work professionally done. Receipts are available. Boat has a survey from the spring of 2007. Great slip on available, upon marina approval.
