The Alexander 440 a contemporary styled sundeck with cockpit motor yacht. She was a popular model for an 11 year run. She boasts two staterooms, two complete heads and showers, down galley, down dinette, large salon area, center bed master, two helm stations and lots of storage and easy access to the engine room.

Accomodations:
Transom door entry to the large cockpit and up a short set of stairs to the enclosed sundeck and upper helm station. Access to the salon is down with starboard entry through a slider door. There is "L" shape seating port aft with a glass top hi-lo table and entertainment area forward. Starboard are two swivel chairs and helm station. Aft from the salon is the spacious master stateroom with a master head and separate shower.
