Accomodations:
Extremely well kept interior features accommodations for six in a forward stateroom with walk-around queen, huge aft cabin with privacy curtain, and conv. dinette. Two zone ac and heat, entertainment center, large head with with separate shower. Lots of cabinet, hanging locker, and counter top space.
Galley:
Well appointed galley features a stove, microwave, fridge w/freezer, stainless sink, dockside water as well as 50 gallon tank, and ample counter top space. New cockpit ice maker in 2003.
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
New package in 2004 consists of Raytheon SL72 radar, Navman 5600 plotter, Lowrance X46 fishfinder, VHF, and new stereo.
Electrical System:
30 Amp shore power as well 12 volt system and 2001 Genset.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
All cockpit upholstery replaced in 2003-04. Aluminum radar arch, large transom door opening to integrated swim platform, anchor windlass, remote spotlight, new cockpit ice maker, entirely new canvas package including a full enclosure, camper top, and mooring cover. Along with complete repower, transmissions were replaced (not overhauled), along with shafts. Vessel shows remarkably well. Owner will consider a smaller, late model walkaround on trade.
Nicely refit 35/37 is powered by 2001 370 Hp fresh water cooled Mercruiser 8.1L EFI's with only 150 hours. Generator was also replaced in 2001. New EFI engine package makes her a much more economical, much faster, and more reliable vessel than the standard 7.4 L big blocks. Other notable upgrades include new electronics, new canvas, new icemaker, batteries, and the list goes on. All exterior upholstery has been updated and shows like new. Owner has spared no expense.
