Accomodations:
The 44 offers a nice 4X12.6 self bailing fishing cockpit with large transom door for ease of entry or dragging the big one aboard, through the glass sliding entry door to the salon which is almost the full beam, forward of the salon to port and up two steps is the raised galley, centerline pilothouse helm and to starboard on the same level is the dinette, back to the salon to starboard is the hallway to the two large cabins each with Island berths and ensuite heads with walk in showers. The flybridge is huge and will seat an extended family in comfort, the fly bridge is enclosed for year round use, aft of the flybridge seating is an area dedicated to your dingy storage and comes complete with a dingy lift. Large windows surround the salon, dinette and galley offering views and natural light no matter where you lounge. Rich hand done high gloss cherrywood in the salon, galley and dinette and satin finish below is fine furnature quality, Dopont Corian counters and ultra leathers make this 44 a warm inviting yacht you would be proud to call yours!!

Mechanical Equipment:
Twin Volvo TAMD63L at 318 each, quiet, vertually no smoke at cold start, great performance with this hull and incredible economy. 51 hours since new!! The generator is a 10KW Kohler in a sound shield with dedicated start battery. The engine room is large enough for inspection of all sides of your machinery, generator, fuel tanks and related equipment, drip pans are included below each engine should the unexpected occur. The engine room ceiling is an aluminum grid that will unbolt to allow removal with ease of engines, fuel tanks, generator and all equipment located in the engine room, you won't need this feature but if you did it's nice to know you don't have to cut apart a section of your boat to pull worn machinery out of the engine room. The shaft seals are dripless. The steering and rudder hardward are easily accessable for maintainence. The Racor fuel water seperators are easily accessible for service. The water maker components are custom installed and easy to access, the watermaker has the long range cruiser option.

Galley:
The galley cabinets are hand finished in high gloss cherry wood with cabinets above and below the Corian counters. Included is a two burner flush mounted cooktop, convection microwave oven-built-in, a deep stainless sink with garbage disposal, a full size 110V/12V refrigerator/freezer, the dining table is opposite the galley and is large enough for 4-5 people and has windows surrounding the galley and dining table for great views while dining. There is a 20 LB a day Ice maker built into the cabinet below the stove

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
This 44 includes dual Ray Marine electronics, at the pilothouse you have an RL70 display with color GPS Plotter/48 Mile color radar/full featured fish finder. Ray Marine auto pilot is integrated to the GPS Plotter, Ray Marine flush mounted VHF radio with 8" antenna, Ritchie 4' compass flush mounted. The fly bridge helm includes a Ray Marine L-770 color Display with GPS/Fishfinder/48 Mile radar (color), Ray marine remote 600 auto pilot on a lanyard, VHF radio, Ritchie 4" compass flush mounted. Both helms include remotes for the bow thruster and windlass, the windlass also includes foot peddles at the bow. There is a TV/DVD in the salon as well as built-in at both cabins, the salon TV/DVD runs though a Sony Dream machine home surround sound system. The fly bridge has it's own AM/FM/CD stereo with seperate speakers. The battery monitor/charger is a digital smart charger.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Navigators are known for thier solid ride and sturdy construction which allows you to run faster through the rough stuff in comfort knowing your Navigator is built to take the worst. The hullks are hand laid fiberglass without cost saving foam fillers or balsa wood. All stainless rails, fuel and water tanks are made at Navigator to thier exact standards, all seating is manufactured at Navigator as well as the window frames, doors and attachments, Navigator builds this way to control the quality of all components. The deck has non-skid built in with tall secure rails and hand holds, the stairs to the flybridge are molded stairs no ladders, the cockpit is self bailing with large scuppers to drain quickly over board, the bow flare is deep for pushing the water to the side and not over you while piloting through rough waters, all hardware is back plated and through bolted, windows are tempered safety glass not plastic. The molded in swim platform is large and will accomodate staple rails if needed for added fishing room.The bow has been trubcated to save in slip rent and includes a stainless anchor roller and anchor designed for the roller.The bridge has a bimini top with 3 sides custom done as well as seat and dash covers for all exposed seating. The windshield has a sun mesh cover so you can see out but they can't in.The transom shower is yacht class and offers hot and cold pressure water behind a compartment door. 110V outlets on the fly bridge and at the cockpit. The flybridge upolstery is upgraded from the base offering.

Additional Equipment:
Four zone air and heat, HRO fully automatic water maker with cruiser pack, Vacu-Flush heads,Icemaker built into the galley. Built-in ultra leather sofa upgrade plus carpets, fabrics and decor has been upgraded from base. Six way electric pilothouse captains chair, LCD TV's in master and guest cabins with DVD players.
