GENERAL:The Builder agrees that the workmanship for the interior of the Yacht shall be tothe highest international standard. The construction of the interior will complywith the applicable requirements of the MCA Code of Practice and theClassification Society. Non-combustible materials will be used where required.Standard Wood and Veneer FinishedThe choice of woods in smooth grain of both solid dimensional lumber andveneer to be first quality and the type of wood to be chosen among Swiss Pear,Maple, mahogany, and cherry for top counters and pilot house dash boards.The finish can vary between satin, hand rubbed, and high gloss in polyurethaneacrylic.EXTERIOR AREAS:Main Deck-Aft Deck:Table/ Chair: Two custom made teak tables 1200 x 600 mm with base inaluminum.Three armchairs in teak.Transom Settee: Painted settee in accordance with drawings. To be gloss paintedin the same color as the Yacht. All hardware to be stainless steel 316L.Headliner: Satin painted removable panels of marine grade materialsUPPER DECK:Seating: Six seats aluminum-built painted settee.Table: Custom made teak table with based in aluminum. Locksets to be antivibrating, no iron. Strong positive catch stays for holding doors in an openposition. The standard door handle for the yacht shall be JADO #949-990, orsimilar, in chrome.PLUMBING:SHOWERS/BATHTUBS: All shower floors shall be antislip. All shower doors in guestand owners areas to be in glass with stainless steel hinges and no frames. Showerdoors in crew area to be in acrylic with aluminum frame.SINKS: All sinks to be integral sinks, under the counter.Bathroom Hardware & Accessories: All bathroom hardware and accessories shallbe chromed, suitable for marine use. Mirrors, toilet paper holders, towel bars,rings and/or hooks, shampoo racks, robe hooks, etc. Shall be fitted in accordancewith drawings. Finish shall match the hardware.SANITARY FITTINGS: Suitable for marine use.APPLIANCES:The appliances shall be purchased and installed in the Yacht according to themanufacturer s instructions and/or common practices of the yachting industry.Appliances shall be installed in the appropriate areas as shown in the drawings.Main galley appliances will be top brand names and will be mounted in a stainlesssteel arrangement.MATERIALS:Materials as herein listed shall refer to carpet, fabric, leather, and vinyl.
