Accomodations:
As with all working tugs, accommodations are set for day use. Below deck is a V-berth, sink, and area to set a port-a-potti. Pilothouse has folding side table for use as chart table or as Captains side table. Red Dot Heat. Pilot house was cosmetically upgraded in 2005/2006. Interior is painted tongue and groove fir with varnished Mahogany trim and overhead. Exterior is painted tongue and groove fir also with varnished Mahogany window trim. With handcrafted pilothouse window visor to protect cabin from rain and sun. All cables hidden behind trim work for a neat and kept appearance of this Captains pilothouse!

"Favorite" was built by Mojean and Erickson in 1937 as a working tug for Tacoma Tug and Barge Co. then later rebuilt for Friday Harbor Tug and Barge Co. in 1981-82 and then has had cosmetic overhaul and mechanical upgrades again by her current owner starting in 2002 to current. House is nearly completely gone through with new door, interior, and trim of mahogany. Wiring has been upgraded as well as electric panel and an extra panel installed to accommodate nav lights and accessories. Deck replanked with 1 1/2" fir with deck beams also replaced. Fasteners have been replaced. Hull has been reframed and partially replanked.Beautiful stainless steel stack was designed and installed!Exhaust, muffler pipe, and lagging also replaced by current owner.There is so much more...the only way to go through it all is to get you on board! With just a few more items attended to, this vessel will be complete and have a long life ahead of her!This Captain has spent many hours and plenty of cash to make her the beauty she is today and to keep her in shape has her boathouse kept. "Favorite" was chosen Best of Show in the 2005 Olympia Harbor Days..well deserved!For pleasure or as a working tugboat, you will be hard pressed to find another as sweet as "Favorite"!Please see full specs for more information and many photos.
