Price reduced again. Now $20,000. This is not a junker. It's ownerd by a bank they want it sold quickly. The boat is very nice both inside and out. The exterior paint is in excellent condition, varnish is good. The interior finishes and fabrics are also in excellent condition. The layout is very comfortable with large v-berth, a settee that converts to bunk beds and a dinette that converts to a double. The cockpit has a factory(?) full length hardtop and full enclosure. There is a Lectra San sewage treatment system. The 12V electrical panel was replaced recently and much rewiring was done. The AC panel and wiring has also been upgraded. The engines and generator are in great condition, engine room is clean and minimal water in the bilge. The boat is kept in covered moorage so it hasn't suffered much weathering.
