Step into the raised, covered cockpit and you will note the nice aluminum railings with detachable grill, in-deck storage in the lazarette and excellent access to running gear.As you enter through the salon door, you will note the new carpeting, oak paneling, new sleeper sofa by Flexsteel, nicely arranged entertainment center with 25" TV, VCR, DVD, VHF and stereo - ALL LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD.The Galley is two steps down to starboard and has excellent storage space, large sink, full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The oversize galley is an excellent arrangement for liveaboard or extended vacation accommodations.Moving forward is the Master Stateroom with extensive drawer and hanging storage; a custom built pedestal style full size berth and a raised foredeck for extra headroom. All trimmed in very nice oak paneling and made to be open and comfortable.From the cockpit, you can access the Flybridge, which has been extended, and a custom hard top with heavy gauge aluminum, new enclosures, a nicely arranged helm with all new cables for the shifters and throttles as well as new hydraulic steering.Standard Horizon VHFSitex Explorer II with 17" LCD monitor / GPS / PlotterAquameter Compass

Mechanical Equipment:
The engines have all new manifolds, risers, exhaust hose, clamps and fittings in 2004 & 2005. She has a custom built fresh water flush system as well. Both engines have been perfectly maintained and are in excellent turnkey running condition.A new Westerbeke 7KW Low Profile Generator was installed in June 2005 and has approximately 100 hours.A new 19,000 BTU air conditioner was added to the main salon plus there is a second12,000 BTU A/C in the Master Stateroom. All new plumbing for the AC units, including pumps, were replaced within the past two years.New Morse Controls with all new cables for throttles and gears as well as new hydraulic steering system were installed within the past three years. There is a new Horizon Windlass 900 which was installed 2004.The bottom was painted with Micron 66 in April 2006.
