1973 Nauticat 33 Pilothouse Motorsailor

Accomodations:
Side access doors to either side enter the pilothouse with the helm to port of center with pedestal captain's chair followed by bench seat and a table. There is an overhead sliding hatch above helm station for ventilation and to watch the mainsail. Down three steps aft to the master stateroom with portside queen size berth with custom mattress and storage lockers surrounding berth. There is a bright varnished teak and holly sole throughout and 6' 3" head room in the salon. The forward cabin is a vee area with portside head with separate shower stall, starboard side storage lockers and a vanity and sink. Storage lockers are above the vanity and head. Aft to starboard is the galley and to port is a convertible dinette. There are 12 Volt Hella circulating fans.

Mechanical Equipment:
Perkins Diesel model 4-236, fresh water cooled.Racor fuel filter/water separator Year 2000 Borg Warner Velvet Drive Transmission.2000 new fuel tanks. One fuel tank reported to have a leak, but not verified.Most 12 volt DC & 120 Volt AC wiring has been renewed. 2 Technicold reverse cycle A/C systems (16,000 BTU total) 3 automatic/manual bilge pumps 18 gallon holding tank with macerator pump Raritan LectraSan MSD system overhauled but not installed.Stove & engine fuel shut off valves Little Wonder 12 volt-DC 6 gph water maker; not pickled.Manual wheel steering

Galley:
Corian solid surface counter tops and refrigerator box are easy to care for.Corian solid surface sink with pressure fresh water system Three burner Galley Maid propane stove with oven.Top loading cold plate refrigeration in the ice chest. 120 volt refrigerator compressors should be replaced with a 12 volt system.6 gallon water heater.Sharp Carousel microwave oven.
