1975 Cape Dory sloop, This CD25 is in sail away condition. The hull and deck are sound although the gelcoat has a couple of chips. The mainsail is only a few years old and is in excellent condition. the jib, genny and storm jib are older but in good condition with no rips or tears. New stern rail and welded lifelines, running rigging was recently replaced and the standing rigging has been inspected by a local rigger. Equipment includes: a four stroke 2003 Tohatsu 6 hp outboard, VHF radio with masthead mounted antenna 22 lb Lewmar Claw anchor with a 15' chain and 150' rode, 15 lb Danforth anchor with 6' vinyl coated chain and rode, 2 Marine deep cycle battery (replaced 6 months ago).
