Accomodations:
The Accomodations aboard this 40' Bluewater Sport Sedan are Open, Spacious, and Very Comfortable. The Primary Entry is from the Aft Deck Sliding Glass Door and into the Aft Living Area. To the Portside is a Queen Sized Sofa/Sleeper. This Aft Living Area measures 136" x 108" and Combines both the Galley and Living Area. All Carpeting throughout the Cabin is NEW! To the Starboard from the Aft Deck Entry is a 63" Dresser with (2) Double Cabinets and a Hanging Locker for Storage. There are (3) Sets of Sliding Glass/ Screened Windows to both Port and Starboard that provide Natural Lighting and Ventilation throughout the entire Cabin. Overhead, there are (4) Ceiling Lights. The Galley is to the Starboard in the Aft Living Area. (See Galley Equipment for Description). Mid-Cabin and by the Galley is a 16,000 BTU Coleman Mach Rooftop Air Conditioning/Heating System (New 2003). From the Aft Salon and up (2) Steps is the Lower Salon and Lower Helm Station. To the Portside is a another Queen Size Sofa Sleeper with end table and a Jim Beam Lamp. There is a Lounge Chair w/Reading Lamp to the Starboard by the Lower Helm Station entry door. Foreward is the Lower Helm Sation with Large Covered Bow Windows. From the Lower Helm Station and down (5) Steps is the Master Stateroom area. At the Base of the Stairway is Plenty of Storage with a Large Hanging Storage Locker and (3) Overhead Cabinet Lockers. There is a Screened Portal Window to the Starboard Side of the Stairwell for Lighting and Ventilation. Beneath the Helm Station is the Master Stateroom with (2) Double Beds, a Screened Portal Window to each side, Overhead Lights, and a Honeywell Thermostat Controlled 6,000 BTU Marine Air Conditioning System. The Master Stateroom is an 88" x 113" Cuddy with Privacy Curtain. Foreward of the Master Cuddy and to the Portside is the Head with Separate Shower and Bath. Here, there is an Electric Flush Lavatory, a Molded Sink with Vanity and Storage, and (2) Overhead Cabinets. There is a Screened Portal Window in the Head for Light and Ventilation as well. There is a NEW Hot Water Heater on board and there are (3) Dayton Electric Heaters throughout the Cabin for Heating Comfort. All Woodwork and Window Treatments (Draperies) throught the Cabin Living Area are in Excellent Condition. The Inverter System that provides Offshore Power for the Refrigerator and the Marine Air Conditioning System (Lower Stateroom) is a Well Designed and Very Practical Amenity. This Bluewater Sedan is a Very Nice Live Aboard Cruiser!

Twin 454/350hp Crusader with Electronic Ignition and Velvet Drive Straight Inboard Transmissions (1189 Hours). 4-Bladed Bronze Propellers. Onan 6.5 Kilowatt Generator w/Auto Start (1800 RPM). Not Equipped with Hours Meter. Good Automatic Windlass.

Galley:
The Galley is Full Equipped with an Upright Hotpoint Refigerator/Freezer * Princess (3) Burner Electric Range * Princess Oven/Broiler * Sharp Carousel II Microwave * Dual Stainless Steel Sink * Water Level Meter * Large Counter Space. For Storage, there are (2) Cabinets Overhead, (4) Utensil Drawers, Spice Rack, a Double Cabinet Below the Sink, and a Food Pantry to the Portside. In the Galley and to the Starboard is a Sliding Screened Window for Ventilation/Natural Lighting and a Light Overhead. Mid Cabin by the Galley is a NEW (in 2003) Coleman Mach Rooftop Air Conditioning System.

Electrical System:
Dual 30 Amp Shorepower with Cords * (2) 12 Volt Batteries-Engines and (1) 12 Volt Battery-Generator. There is a 2000 Watt Freedom 20 Inverter with 100 Amp Battery Charger and a Bank of (2) 850 Amp Deep Cycle Batteries. The Inveter System will Power the Refrigerator and the Lower Stateroom Marine Air Conditioning System. The Auxillary Power System is a 6.5 Kilowatt Onan Generator with Auto Start. The Generator has had the Carburetor Rebuilt (30 Hours Since Rebuild) and New Points, Plugs, and Condensor.
