Accomodations:
Tulum III has a full displacement hull, modified full keel internally ballasted with skeg hung rudder.Guest cabin forward with V-berth, aft to port is an enclosed head and to starboard are lockers. Next aft is the main salon with fore and aft facing convertible dinette to port, followed aft by the U-shaped galley. To starboard is a convertible settee followed aft by the nav station and walk-through to the master cabin. Storage compartments and engine room access doors are in the walk- through. Aft master cabin has a king size berth, copious amounts of storage lockers and drawers, and an ensuite head with vanity and shower. Storage abounds throughout the boat.
