1979 NORTH AMERICAN NA-40 Racer Cruiser, The North American 40 is an exciting machine with all the goodness of a true racer and a PHRF rating of 102. Her hull construction features a hand-layed hull and a 9-foot cockpit with high coamings. The standing rigging is a full IOR design. Because this yacht is an IOR/One Design, all components were built to stringent specifications. And yet the design, while utilizing all the advantages of an IOR racer, is built without the racer extremes. She doubles as a handsome, accommodating cruiser able to blow the socks off all that dare to challenge!
