A great serious cruiser or Live aboard/dockside condo, The Perason 365 Pilot house offers more room than most 45' boats, a second station, Auto pilot, Radar, GPS, Seafrost refrigerator/Freezer, Ocean Breeze heat pump and air conditioning system, diesel heater, Head room well over 6', and a powerfull reliable 50hp westerbeke diesel engine. Everything is in good operating order, this boat is a real uasable boat, not a once proud vessel that has been sitting with her systems now questionable.Overview - Sleeps Owners (2) in stateroom, and guests (2) in dinette berths for a total of 4 berthsVessel walkthrough: Forward Vee berth with head opening to companionway and Vee berth, very large pilot house and dinette area. There are chest of drawer style storage on both sides aft of the berth. There is a private entrance to the head. The head is aft of the Vee berth on the port side with separate shower stall and entrance from Vee berth or pilothouse. There is a mirror and excellent storage. Holding tank installed with deck pump-out and thru hull, approved by Rhode Island 2008. There is a very large hanging locker located across from head on the starboard side. Pilothouse has a steering station to starboard with helm seat and knotmeter, depth sounder, wind instruments, Autohelm autopilot and Raymarine radar, ships radio with WAA. GPS connection to the radar and VHF radio which show locations and waypoints as well as a serial connection for a computer navigation system located at the Nav. station. The galley is to starboard with 3 burner stove and oven, double sink. Seafrost refrigerator/freezer and storage lockers. Dinette is across from galley and converts into a double berth. There is wonderful storage under the dinette seating and along the hull side. Pilothouse also has an Ocean Breeze heat pump and air-conditioning system. A diesel-fired heater is installed by the navigation station to warm the cabin when not dock side. There is a AM/FM cassette system with 4 speakers in the pilothouse with one cockpit speaker. The cockpit is large for entertaining with a stowable table, deep lazarett's on both sides for maximum storage, wheel steering and stern rail seat, secondary ships radio connection, autopilot extension for use at wheel or in pilothouse.Adam 508-951-4869
