Accomodations:
This beautiful Niagara sloop, built by the top quality Hinterholler Company, is an original owner boat that is ready to provide her new captain miles of safe, comfortable sailing. Her accomodation plan is unique, and flexible to meet the needs of many sailing styles! As you go below from the cockpit you find a large aft cabin with a double berth and a hanging locker to port, and a single berth to starboard. The navigation area with chart table is just forward of the starboard berth. This arrangement gives you quick access to the cockpit for sleeping or navigating or using the head when cruising nearshore or offshore. Moving forward the passage way to port passes thru the galley area and the passageway to starboard allows access to the head and shower area. The galley has a three burner gimbaled stove with oven and a large icebox/freezer and a large single stainless steel sink and hot & cold pressure water. Forward of the galley and head is the main saloon with a settee to port and a settee to starboard that converts to a double berth. Fully forward is a work shop with workbench and sail storage area! There are two opening hatches for ventilation and light and six opening ports. The main salon features a double drop leaf teak centerline table with storage in the top.
