Originally offered as a 32' Combi in 1979, in 1980 she was called a 33' Combi. This is a proven hull that blackfin acquired through Cary Boats in 1978. Always regarded as a rough water throroughbred, she has the reputation for handling the seas very well. She has a 9'9" Beam and will cruise appx 18-20 knots. Half Tower with Buggy Top, GPS, Bottom Machine, VHF. She boasts a very large cockpit, 240 gallons of fuel, 2'8" draft, Outriggers, 24 degree deadrise at the transom, and she weighs in at just over 5 tons. White hull and head.......She is a very good Valus for a Blackfin!
Live Wire is a 1982 Blackfin 33' combi, known as the Rolls Royce of open fishing boats. This rugged hardcore fishing machine has a reputation for truley awesome performance in nasty seas. Powered with twin 454 Crusader Engines, she cruises at 18 knots and tops out at 30 knots. Her large bi-level cockpit with upper station offer suberb visibility and fishability. The interior is simple, yet effective for a 33' boat, with a stand up head and a V berth forward. She is fast and has the unique styling of an express. Many have copied this hull, to make them to this day. She is still as strong as the day she was built and has not lost her good looks or dock appeal. Please call Bill Swick at 850-565-0321 or email bills@marinegroupec.com
