1983 Catalina Tall Rig 30,America's classic cruising auxiliary! The Catalina 30, one of the most popular production sailboats ever built, offers best in class cruising comfort and sailing performance. "Sea Jay" is configured with the desirable "Tall Rig" with fin keel. Wheel steering, diesel auxiliary and furling genoa add to her ease of handling. Accomodations:
The design is aft cockpit with one stateroom. The interior of this vessel has 6'1" headroom, teak interior, and fiberglass sole. Forward is a spacious V-berth with lockers and storage. Next aft to port is the enclosed head to stbd is a bureau and hanging locker. Next aft to port is a "U" shaped dinette that converts to sleep two, to starboard is a settee that converts to sleep one. Aft again to port, is a "J" shaped galley, to port is the navigator's station with double quarter berth aft. The main saloon features an U-shaped dinette to port that converts to a double with lockers and storage outboard and under. The port side settee converts to sleep one, lockers and storage outboard and under. Cabin sole is fiberglass. The head, located to port forward of main cabin; features Y-valve and 18 gal holding tank with pump out, teak cabinet with sliding mirrors.

Galley:
J-shaped galley with laminate wood grain countertops, double sink with hot and cold pressure water, 2-burner alcohol stove with oven, top loading icebox, good storage drawers and lockers along hull.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Garmin 440 GPS/MAP, Autohelm autopilot, Datamarine Depthsound and Knotmeter mounted in pods on pedestal, Binacle compass, Horizon VHF radio.

Electrical System:
2-Batteries, 30amp shorepower with cord, battery charger.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Pedestal wheel steering, teak cabintop handrails, 2-opening hatches, 2-opening portholes, 2-dorade vents, double lifelines, transom mount swim ladder, teak bow sprit.
