1983 SAMSON C-Breeze 52' For sale in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Accomodations:
NOTE: This is a project that I have not finished. You will need to to spend time and money before living on and/or sailing this boat.Pilot house, center cockpit. 3 Staterooms. Fwd Stateroom has 3 single bunks. Aft master stateroom and VIP side has queen and double berth.. 2 heads. fwd head has bath. aft head has shower (not installed). Main saloon is in the pilothouse. Galley is forward of the saloon.

Mechanical Equipment:
Perkins turbo diesel engine is in the boat but has not been installed and has been sitting for 5 years. These are reliable engines and can be rebuilt in place. I just bought a new starter for it. There is room for a generator and chiller in the engine room. as I removed a 12kw genset.

Galley:
The galley has a propane stove/oven (gimbaled). double sink. dining table. plenty of cupboards. room for a large fridge/freezer.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
New depth sounder transducer with speed/temp.

Electrical System:
50amp shore power.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Cockpit and aft cabin house needs rebuilding (Fiberglass). Deck has soft spots that need repair (wood and fiberglass)

Sails and Rigging:
No sails. No masts. rigging for wood masts is included. but aluminum masts with rigging are readily available for around $5000. Used sails for around $1000.
