SELLER DESCRIPTION

This Fresh Water 34 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge was just purchased by current owner in 2006. In the winter of 2007 improvments were made that include: new hull side paint, new bottom paint, zincs, shaft seals, vacu-flush head rebuilt and new hoses, all routine maintenance performed on engines, belts, plugs, impellers, and all bilge pumps replaced.

Accomodations:
Vessel will sleep 6. The forward cabin features a full size walk around bed for two, the dinette will convert to sleep two, and the sofa will pull out for two. The head features vanity with sink and storage, seperate shower/head compartment. The interior with it's galley down arrangement and many windows is spacious and open feeling. There is suitable storage in lockers and closets throughout. Screens on windows and salon sliding door provide plenty of ventilation. Note: ice maker and cabinet were removed to provide more living and seating area in salon.
