Accomodations:
This Albin Trawler is an excellent choice and design for those that truly enjoy family cruising. This style is roomy, comfortable and accomdating for family cruising. Check out the gorgeous wood finish on the outside and inside, she is a beauty Enjoy plentiful storage areas for food, equipment and personal items. A spacious Main Salon with full dinette settee, U shaped, with a teak hi/lo table that converts into a double bed. Just forward of the dinette is the lower station with seating, full controls and instrumentation and a chart area, plus a sliding door to the starboard side deck. Directly opposite the lower station and to port is the galley area. Forward and down three steps are the enclosed guest quarters with good sized berths, very ample storage, vented guest hanging locker, drawers and a private guest head with vanity sink. She has two cabins; V-berth, Master Cabin is in the forward and has a double bed; the absence of deck access from master makes for added usable space in cabin. There is bunk in aft. She easily sleeps six with the settee in the main station. Cognac has two heads; one with shower forward and tub and shower aft. She has beautiful parquet sole floors and 12 volt cabin lighting throughout. The windows are wide and provide good lighting throughout. The, flooring is parquet hardwoods and all interior surfaces are easily maintained teak paneling. Comes equipped with two 16,000 BTU Marine AC s, both self contained. These Marine AC units are reverse cycle for heat. Equipped with TV antennae (TV is not included). The main engine is Ford Lehman diesel, inline 6, four cycle. The starter & solenoid is Ford (factory rebuilt) and new in 2006. Serial numbers are 5093177 / 8001528. The Fresh Water (potable) System is comprised of two storage tanks; 220 gallon capacity. The pump is diaphragm type with demand pressure switch. The Fresh Water (hot water system) is manufactured by Seaward; a 120 electric and is marine grade with a 6 gallon capacity. Sanitation system (black water) is an electric Crown manufactured; U.S.C.G. Certification Type III w/ holding tank; macerator; Y Valves and Vent Loop. The Sanitation (grey water) consists of Basins & Showers and drain to topside thru hulls. During the winters months she is always protected and wrapped in shrink wrap.

Galley:
The galley is conveniently located is port in the salon. She has a single sink; a Norcold under counter refrigerator with freezer which runs on 12 volt and 120 volt. The stove is an LPG Marine Stainless with three burners and oven. Other accessories include toaster oven and coffee pot. She has a convertible dining table in main salon. There is plenty of drawer and cabinet space for food, dishes, pots, pans and utensils.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
The Steering System is hydraulic with two stations; one on the main deck helm and one on the fly bridge. Both stations have rudder position indicator. She has a hydraulic emergency tiller at both stations, deck helm and fly bridge. King VHF at lower helm (original equipment) and standard Horizon on the fly bridge (new 2003). Furuno Radar; RayMarine GPS color chart plotter (new in 2003); Furano Depth at lower helm (original) and Hummingbird Depth on fly bridge (new 2007). Electrical System:
Electrical (D.C.) System; 12 volt lead acid battery powered system; three batteries; two for main engine (new in 2005) and one for gen-set (new in 2003); automatic, true charge 20 Charger, new in 2005. Electrical (A.C.) System: Two Shore Power Inlets, one for A/C and one for main system Marinco, 30 amp. Generator driven by Westerbeke diesel internal combustion engine; 120 voltage, 5 kw rating.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
The owner is very proud of this in particular, the Hull Type is Semi-Displacement w/ keel & skeg rudder.
