Kadey Krogen Manatee Trawler for sale in Portland Oregon. This is a Northwest boat, in fresh water and good condition. The Manatee hull and cabin sides are of fiberglass sandwich construction with closed-cell PVC foam core; heavy hand lay-up using mat and roving. This state-of-the-art construction make this one of the most enduring and safest. Closed-cell PVC foam core does not deteriorate or absorb water. The composite structure serves both as a buoyancy material, shock, sound and temperature insulator. It rides quiet, increases impact strength and eliminates condensation build-up inside the hull. Decks area fiberglass sandwich construction with end-grain balsa core. All joiner work, paneling, cabinetry and beam-caps are teak. Located in a private Marine Drive Marina. Accomodations:
One of the outstanding features of the Krogen Manatee is the large stateroom, located forward, with a queen size island berth, large "walk-in" size hanging locker, built-in bookcase, mirrored vanity and generous drawer storage. The head is located to starboard opposite the galley. It includes a large separate stall shower with upgraded fixture, a large opening window and newer sink and faucet. There are 4 opening ports and a large opening hatch. Double teak doors open onto a teak soled covered aft deck. Large aft gate lowers to become a swim platform/boarding gate. Newer 11 gallon water heater.

Galley:
The galley is located on the port side, forward of the saloon. It is very large and has and exceptional amount of cupboard, drawer and locker storage with added shelving.
