1986 Krogen Manatee

Accomodations:
One of the outstanding features of the Krogen Manatee is the large stateroom, located forward, with a queen size island berth, large "walk-in" size hanging locker, built-in bookcase, mirrored vanity and generous drawer storage. The head is located to starboard opposite the galley. It includes a large separate stall shower with upgraded fixture, a large opening window and newer sink and faucet. There are 4 opening ports and a large opening hatch. Double teak doors open onto a teak soled covered aft deck. Large aft gate lowers to become a swim platform/boarding gate. Newer 11 gallon water heater.

Galley:
The galley is located on the port side, forward of the saloon. It is very large and has and exceptional amount of cupboard, drawer and locker storage with added shelving. There is a convenient opening to the saloon that can be closed when desired. Major components include: 8 Cu. ft. Tundra 12/110 volt refrigerator/freezer (New 2007) 3 burner propane Stainless Stove with oven. Microwave and double stainless steel sink.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Nobel Tec Navigation System, Compass, Garmin 128 GPS linked to laptop, VHF, and a . Raytheon SL-70 Radar, Robertson Auto Helm. Handheld VHF.

Electrical System:
12V/110V Shore Power, Heart inverter and Charger. 4 6V Batteries and one 8D. Phasor 3.5 KW Diesel Generator.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Lofran Anchor Windlass on bow spirit, Bruce anchor, over 200' of 1/4" chain. Nibral Prop, spare prop and CQR anchor. Newer Canvas and screens all around.

Additional Equipment:
11.5' Zodiac RIB with 25 HP Suzuki and Vetus Dinghy Davit.
