1987 Albin Double cabin

Accomodations:
This is a 2 stateroom, galley down layout , teak parquet floors with Berber carpet protecting them. This vessel has excellent headroom for a 40'trawler-6'4" and savvy owners who have taken excellent care of this vessel and all of it's systems-electrical, mechanical systems,engine,generator and ect. . These are the kind of owners whose boat I would personally be most happy to own. A very comfortable aft owners cabin features a queen berth , lots of storage lockers and a wardward and owners private head with tub/shower. The main salon has an L shape settee with Hi-Lo table that converts to a double berth. To port is a counter that converts to chart table, also 2 beautiful leather Ekorness side chairs . Replacement value for these chairs would run around $2000 each. The steering station is forward and to starboard with helm seat, engine gauges and electronics overhead. One lamp, a George Jensen barometer set and a painting in the owners cabins are exceptions to this inventory as these were gifts from their children. Forward of the salon is a galley down , a second head with shower is forward to starboard and a guest stateroom is in the v berth. This trawlers' accomodations are excellent for a liveaboard couple or for weeking with family and friends.The owners are leaving all tools on board , spare parts and misc. hardware for the fortunate new buyers.
