This affordable, all weather pilothouse cruising yacht is the best-selling 45' motoryacht ever produced. The spacious design includes two VIP staterooms and a third stateroom or office adjacent to the master suite. A roomy salon and galley area is great for entertaining. The galley is complete with a propane oven/stove, microwave, AC/DC refrigerator and freezer, and a trash compactor. New carpeting and Corium counter tops have been installed throughout the interior of the boat. The raised pilothouse is fully appointed with excellent visability and a comfortable settee for an additional gathering spot. Auto pilot, Espar furnace, Navnet radar/chart plotter, genset, inverter, RIB w/Yamaha OB, new canvas and much more. It also has underwater storage boxes in the swim step to help keep the 45 from squatting in the stern. Accomodations:
It is a pilothouse design with three staterooms. The master stateroom has an island queen, forward, with lots of storage, an ensuite head, shower and tub. The VIP guest stateroom is amidship with a double bed and lots of storage. It shares a head and shower with the third stateroom, which is adjacent to the master. This is also convertible to an office or stateroom. The galley and salon are on one level same as the cockpit aft. There is new carpet and new Corian counter tops throughout the boat.
