The Catalina 30 is still as popular as ever. With its wide hull, shallow draft, (3' 10"), she is a stable, roomy, fast, comfortable, small cruiser. This is the Mark II version. Between the V berth, dinette berth and quarter berth she can sleep 6 adults. She has a saloon, galley, head with shower, and very good inside and outside storage. She has good headroom at 72" or 6' 0". She is powered by a Universal 23 HP diesel. The rigging & genoa were replaced in about 2004. The engine was rebuilt in Feb of 2005 and has less than 100 hours. The bottom was painted in June of 2009. Both batteries are new, replaced in October of 2009. Also included, as of Nov 2009 are a 2007 Zodiac 10' inflatable and a 2007 Honda 2 HP outboard. Catalinas are excellent sailing boats and have strong support from Catalina & the various Catalina owner's associations.
