SELLER DESCRIPTION

This Catalina 30' is in Outstanding Condition!!! The Layout consists of a forward V-berth, aft quarter berth, dinette converts to double berth and starboard settee will allow up to 7 max. Large cockpit will also seat up to 7. Dodger, wheel steering, NEW Raymairine 6002 Autopilot, 135% Genoa (New 2005), Mainsail (New 2005), Harken Roller Furling System, and much more!! Below is a carefully planned and amazingly spacious interior for a 30' boat. There are berths for seven, including the unique large aft double berth. Forward is a comfortable double cabin, with shelves and a large overhead hatch. Just aft is a generously proportioned head area with molded in shower pan. The aft galley has a top loading ice box and large double sink. The navagation station is like those found on much larger yachts, providing storage for charts and navagation equipment. Storage space aboard this Catalina 30' is abundant and well planned. All shelves in both cabins have teak sea rails to keep things in place. Forward, opposite the head, is a generous hanging locker and chest of drawers. Beneath all seats and berths are easily accessible compartments for larger gear and supplies.

Accomodations:
Forward is a private V berth with accommodations for two. Bookshelves on both sides of the V berth & custom TV shelf with 12 volt connection. Just aft of the fwd cabin and to port is the fully enclosed head with manual marine toilet with fresh water flush and hand held hot/cold shower. Opposite of head to starboard is a cedar lined hanging locker with drawers. Main cabin has spacious U shaped dinette that converts to a double berth. Starboard is side settee, and chart table with storage. Spacious storage behind both dinette and settee cushions. Additional storage underneath dinette cushions. Full Galley with 2 sinks, ice box, H&C water system, 2 burner CNG stove with oven, full size large double berth aft, and six opening hatches for ventilation. 6' standing headroom.
