Tortuga Dreamer is a very popular model with anglers, the Aquasport 290 is a good-looking express with a big fishing cockpit and surprisingly spacious cabin accommodations built on a modified-V hull configuration, boasting an 11-foot beam. With her wide beam, molded pulpit, and trunk cabin profile, the 290 has the dockside appearance of a much larger boat. Construction is solid fiberglass, and she carries a modest degree of dead rise at the transom. The bi-level cockpit of the Aquasport 290 is a full 120-square feet large for a 29-footer and comes with an in-deck fish box, tackle center, transom door, and both fresh and salt water wash downs. Visibility from the raised helm is excellent, and a factory tower is standard equipment. Just completed all new camper canvas enclosure. With new Stra-Glass, she is ready for all weather conditions. Inside, the dinette can be converted into four single berths (the hinged seat backs swing up to become upper bunks). Rod racks are placed in the overhead, and the head compartment is quite large. She is a very capable offshore vessel, powered by twin, Mercruiser 260-hp V-Drive engines which will cruise this vessel around 23-knots and reach a top speed of 30+ knots.
