As we approached the boat we were immediately impressed with the overall condition of the exterior. Topcap, hullsides, rubrail, and stainless in excellent condition. Radar arch, windshield, and stainless rails are solid. Window trim in excellent condition. No 'spiderwebbing' around exhaust. All canvas in excellent condition. All teak recently treated with Sikkens and in excellent condition. Rebuilt swim platform with Weaver davits installed prior to spring 2009 commissioning. <;i>Step aboard and the condition of the cockpit is equally impressive. Newer cockpit carpet in excellent condition. Reupholstered cockpit seating in excellent condition. The dash was found to be in excellent condition with virtually no fading or evidence of leakage through the vent windows. All electronics and equipment powered up and operated as intended.
An examination of the engine compartment found it to be clean, dry, and organized. No fluids of any kind. Engines were started from cold and came up to prescribed pressures and temps. Genset was started from cold and powered all equipment as intended. All belts, hoses, and wiring appeared to be in excellent condition. The cabin was found to be clean, organized, and odor free. The head was white glove clean and the Vac-u-Flush system operated as intended. Galley also white glove clean and organized, microwave powered up and AC/DC refrigerator operates as intended. Stovetop has been removed affording extra storage, but is available, operable, and will be reinstalled if desired. Fabrics, while original, were in very good to excellent condition and could be expected to provide many more years of service. Headliner was stain free, areas around windows and hatches showed no evidence of water intrusion, and teak woodwork was in excellent condition. Additional Equipment:
