Accomodations:
Enjoy the open air experience while lounging in your favorite chair or fishing in the large and roomy cockpit. You'll enter the cockpit via a wide transom door.Cockpit -Large access hatches open to reveal the steering system, generator and baitwell.Access to the flybridge is in the cockpit too as are two wide steps leading up to the side decks forward.Saloon/Galley -Walking forward through the cockpit area you'll enter the boat through a sliding glass door and find yourself in the roomy Saloon. To the left the adjacent Galley contains an AC/DC refrigerator, microwave oven, LPG stove/oven and double basin stainless steel sink. Large side windows on both sides of the saloon provide significant natural light. A good number of drawers and cabinets with doors are under the galley counter to store your pots/pans and blender ready to make those tasty margaritas. To the right is a hi/lo table surrounded by an L-shaped setee which converts to a double bed. All saloon windows have either vertical or horizontal blinds to ensre your privacy and security.Forward of the hi-lo table is the lower helm where one could command the vessel in inclement weather. All electronics are mounted either on the dash forward or in an overhead console. Access to the AC/DC panel and associated circuit breakers are on the bulkhead adjacent to this helm.The entire boat is covered by a neutral colored carpet that is in extremely good shape. Access to the very clean and well maintained engine room is obtained by lifting 2 centerline hatches.Head -Continuing forward of the saloon, step down and open a door to the right you'll find a nice sized head with standup shower. Raritan Royal Crowne II (electric) toilet flushes to the 20 gallon holding tank.Guest Accommodations -Opposite the head is the guest stateroom with 2 Pullman (single, over/under) style beds. A nice size oval shaped portlight provides natural light.Master Stateroom -Continuing forward brings you to the master stateroom with full size pedestal bed. Storage drawers are under the bed with several additional drawers and hanging closet are on the bulkheads.

Miss Mindy is ready for fishing with a built-in, insulated fish hold located under the cockpit sole. Wide, moulded-in steps located on both port and starboard side of the cockpint for side deck access. Tolly manufactured this popular model to cruise the West Coast in the 1980s appealing to owners with an eye for handsome styling and solid construction. A generous 12'6" beam permits very spacious cabin layout with comfortable salon, large galley area and generous storage. The forward stateroom has a full size pedestal bed, hanging closet and ample storage. A second stateroom with Pullman type bunks is located forward as well. Single head with a Raritan Royal Crowne head and standup shower. Extra-large cabin windows with blinds and curtains provide exceptional visibility from the lower helm and make the saloon light and airy. Cockpit features transom door and molded corner steps up to wide side decks. Miss Mindy belongs to the original owner who purchased her new in 1988. The boat cruises the fresh water California Delta and most of the West Coast including one trip through the Alaska Inland Passage to Glacier Bay. The boat has been kept under coverage its entire life and is washed at least once a month.Extensive inventory of electronics that can be moved between the lower helm and flybridge.
