Accomodations:
Interior condition is very good to excellent. Beautiful classic model, galley up with third stateroom converted by Grand Banks to an executive office. Leather pull out berth in the office. Main salon features the L shaped galley that adds privacy and additional storage space. 16,000 BTU air condition compressor in main salon is new as of April 2005. Parquet sole is scratched could be refinished to like new condition. Master stateroom has true queen sized island berth. Forward stateroom is traditional v berth will filler that comfortably sleeps 2. Wet Bar.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Exterior hull is in excellent condition. No leaks anywhere in the boat. Any gelcoat chips and nicks have been repaired. Hull was polished in October of 2007 and rubrail up redone in March of 2008. All through hulls have been inspected each year, with all hoses and clamps replaced as necessary. 5 year transferrable warranty against osmotic hull blisters. Bottom work and barrier coat completed at Osprey Marine in 2004. Bottom cleaned monthly, new zincs as of February 2008.
