SELLER DESCRIPTION

Very BIG for a 37' boat, with her 14' Beam the cockpit is as big as a Dance Floor. Powered by twin 6-71 Detroit Diesels (150 hrs SMOH in 2005, reciepts available), transmissions w/trolling valves, and dripless shaft seals were also rebuilt in 2005. NEW reverse cycle Heat/AC system, complete w/ digital thermostat control panel, NEW Batteries, NEW windlass and NEW Remote spotlight, just wired for DirecTV. NEW RayMarine C80 (color 4kw Radar, GPS Plotter), Robertson AP200DL autopilot, Icom M-59 VHF Radio, Datamarine depth log and stereo are also included.Radar Arch with soft top and full 4 sided enclosure (new eisenglass 04/07) make year-round boating enjoyable. Accomodations:
Sleeping accommodations for 6 adults. Two adults in the large Private Master Stateroom in the bow, on a Large Island style queen berth with storage below. There are new LED light fixtures here. There is a very impressive distribution of Heat and Air Conditioning in this cabin. On the port side of the salon is a Sofa that converts into an over/under bunk. The Dinette also converts into a sleeper for 2 adults. There is a large hanging locker (closet) in the salon. The enclosed head and sink area has good storage space as well as a seperate shower. The teak and holly floor enhances the Classiness of the interior.

Mechanical Equipment:
The following work was performed in 2005: Both main engines were overhauled, both Walker Air-Seps serviced, both Twin Disk transmissions were rebuilt, trolling valves serviced (this vessel can troll as slow as 2 kts), dripless shaft seals serviced, Main Engine block heaters serviced, Main Batteries replaced. There is a oil transfer pump for changing engine oil.

Galley:
Nice U-shaped galley space with a side-by-side Sub Zero referigerator/freezer. Microwave oven, sink, stove with tons of built in storage. A very nice Corian Countertop offers ample working space in the galley.

Electrical System:
8kw Onan diesel Generator (1047 hrs) runs Great and carries the Full Load of the boat. Batteries were replaced in 2005. Shore power is provided by two 30 amp shore power cords. Complete AC and DC breaker panels. Electric Water Heater.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Swim platform mounted to the stern. The original Teak covering boards have been removed and replaced with Plas-Teak for a clean, maintenance free look. There are 10 flush mounted rod holders here for Fishing. The cockpit is quite large and open with deep/safe freeboard and wide gunwhales. There is Fresh water wash down located here in the cockpit. Storage compartments for tackle and/or gear are quite large and easily accessed here. There is also upright rod storage. A cockpit wet bar complete with Norcold refrigerator, fresh water sink and storage for items such as bottles. The helm deck is one step up from the cockpit. A HUGE L-shaped seat is located on the port side of the helm area, and is high enough that all passengers have a clear view of the horizon while the boat is running. A double wide helm seat w/ storage below is located on the Stbd side. There are 3 large windshield panels, each with its own wiper, for a clear view in rainy weather. The soft top is connected to the Radar Arch and has a 4 sided canvas Strata-glass enclosure. Access to the bow is safe and easy on either side of the vessel with a nice Wide bow complete with moulded in Bow Pulpit and windlass w/ foot pedal controls plus helm mounted control panel.
