Deck and Hull Equipment:
Starting at the transom this Capri 26 has a split stern pulpit with an open walk through and a fold down stainless ladder. A bimini to gives the crew good shade from the sun and rain. The electric start 9.9 HP Suzuki is easily accessable on the port transom. Just forward of the transom is the inboard rudder and tiller very convient to the Lewmar 16 ST jib sheet winches. The mainsheet traveler, just upgraided in 2008, is positioned out of the cockpit but just forward on the cabin top.The Halyards are brought back to the cockpit through clutches to Lewmar 16 ST winches. Wide side decks make moving to the fore deck no problem and the foredeck is an easy deck to work on. At the bow is a nice, lockable anchor locker with overboard drain. One of the nicest options is the Harken roller furling, which makes setting sail and reefing the jib a breeze.
