Accomodations:
OVERVIEW: Sleeps 4 owners and guests in 2 staterooms, plus 2 on fold-out sofa and 1 settee berth for a total of 7 berths. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including 2 guest heads. VESSEL WALKTHROUGH: Entering from a large hard top sun deck forward to the airy main salon. To starboard, and aft is a convertible sofa (sleeps 2) with hi-low teak cocktail table. To port is the: ship's electrical panel, entertainment center, bar storage and hassock. On the starboard side is the side entry door and inside helm station. Salon decor is in warm hand rubbed teak, Berber carpet, mini-blinds, fabrics and leather are in soft gray/green. Forward and down two steps is the galley to port and convertible dinette (sleeps 2) to starboard. The well-equipped galley offers ample food preparation and pantry storage and the galley sole is finished in teak and holly flooring. Forward of the galley is the guest/day head adjoining to the forward guest cabin which features a large double, V-berth with insert, hanging locker and ample general storage. The engine room and central vacuum system are accessed through the lift up galley stairs. Going aft from the salon is the port side passageway to the Owner's cabin with en-suite head and shower, wardrobe locker and lots of general storage. The berth is queen-sized and is on centerline. The vessel is fully air conditioned with reverse cycle heat. The general arrangement plan is very workable offering many separate seating areas, stateroom privacy, open and airy salon/galley and great headroom in a 44' vessel. The boat feels like a rock-solid 50 footer when you step aboard and enter the salon.
