Accomodations:
The Accomodations Aboard this Hyatt 40 Sundeck are Generous, Very Comfortable, and Designed Particularly with Maximum Privacy for (2) Couples. Entry to the Main Salon is from the Aft Deck which is boarded through Locking, Glass Wing Doors (1) each to Port and Starboard. From the Aft Deck Etched Glass Wood Door and down (4) Steps is the Midship Salon. Upon Entry, one immediately notices the Teak Woodwork thoughout the Cabin. It is Immaculate; Very Rich and Extremely Clean! This is one of the most Distinctive Features of the Cabin Living Area. THE MIDSHIP SALON has a Swivel Lounge Chair to the Portside and a Leather Lounge L-Shaped Sofa with (2) Cocktail Tables to the Starboard. There are Large, Screened Sliding Side Windows Port and Starboard with (3) Large Bow Windows with Mesh Sunscreans Foreward and Above the Dinette and Galley. Needless to say, there is an Abundance of Natural Lighting througout this area of the boat. To the Portside of the Main Salon, there is the Electrical Panel and Manual Controls for the Lunaire Marine Air Conditioning System. Along the wall here are Newmar Controls for the Windlass as well. There is a Built In Entertainment Cabinet and Console with a 20" Magnovox Color Television and a Panasonic Omnivision VHS Video Player. The Entertainment Center also includes a Cybernet CMS 3000 Cassette Player and Tuner with Cabinet Storage Below. To the Starboard side of the Main Salon is a Built In End Table with Cabinet and Drawer for Storage. For Lighting, there is a Lamp on each side of the Salon and Recessed and Indirect Lighting Overhead. FROM THE MAIN SALON AND DOWN (3) STEPS IS THE GALLEY AND DINING AREA. The galley is to the Starboard and the Lounge/Dinette which is Convertible is to the Portside. The Dinette has Seating for (4) with (4) Drawers for Storage Below. Along the Dinette Wall, there is a Shelf with (2) Cabinets Built In and a Recessed Area for a Fax or Printer. There is a Lamp and an Overhead Light for Reading. The Galley is to the Starboard and features a Teak Floor. There is a Screened Portal Window to each side for Ventilation. GALLEY: (See Galley Description for Specifications). FOREWARD STATEROOM: Features a Double Bed with a Settee and a Drawer and Cabinet beneath the Bed for Storage. Upon entry and immediately to the Portside is the Guest Bath with electric flush head and Shower. For Comfort, there are Manual Controls for the Marine Air System. There are (2) Screened Portal Windows P&S with a Bow Hatch/Privacy Cover Overhead. To the Starboard is a Large, Hanging Clothes Locker with a Cabinet Above and Below for additional storage. There is a Sink and Faucet here as well which is recessed into the Cabinetry with a hinged cover on top. There is Gunwhale storage both port and starboard with (2) reading lights overhead. There is a flourescent light above the Sink as well. There are (2) More Sound Speakers with Audio Level Controls. The Foreward Stateroom is designed well and makes very efficient use of its space. MASTER STATEROOM: Down (3) Steps from the Main Salon is the Spacious Master Stateroom which features a Queen Size Bed and Built-In Dressers and Nightstands both Port and Starboard. To the Portside is a Large Hanging Closet Foreward. Along the Portside wall is a Built-In Dresser with a Make Up Mirror, (6) Drawers, (1) Large Cabinet, a Wood Chair Stool, and a Nightstand with Drawer and Cabinet by the Bed. There are Mirrors along this wall above the Dresser. To the Starboard, there is a Dresser with (2) Drawers and (2) Cabinets with Mirrors overhead and a Nightstand by the bed with a Drawer and Cabinet as well. There are (2) Lamps above the Nightstands and (2) Recessed Lights above the bed for Lighting. There is a 13" Panasonic Television and VCR above the Starboard Dresser. To the Starboard is the Master Bath with Electric Flush Head, Separate Shower, and Sink/Vanity/Mirror/Cabinet Storage Above. There is a Full Length Mirror along the wall in front of the bed as well.

Mechanical Equipment:
Twin Cummins Model 6BTA5.9-M2 Inboard Diesel Engines with 300hp each. The Cummins Diesels have Electronic Start Ignitions and are Turbocharged with 300 hp each. The Transmissions are ZF Hurth Hydraulic Transmissions/Reverse Gear. They Power 2" Stainless Steel Propeller Shafts with Hex Nut Type Packing Glands. Onan 8 Kilowatt Diesel Generator with Sound Enclosure. (1243 Hours).

Galley:
The Galley is located to the Starboard and Down (3) Steps from the Main Salon. Overhead, there are (3) Large Bow Windows that provide and abundance of Natural Lighting for both the Galley and the Lounge/Dinette which is to the Portside Amidship. The Galley is Full Featured and includes: an Upright Refrigerator/Freezer, a Princess (3) Burner Electric Range, a Kenmore Microwave/Convection Oven, Dual Stainless Steel sinks with Faucet and Dish Sprayer, and Nice Counter Space with Recessed Storage. For Galley Storage, there are (3) Cabinets Overhead and (2) Double Wide Cabinets, (5) Drawers, and a Liquor Storage Cabinet Below. The Floor is Teak Wood.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Marine Instrumentation to Include: (2) Polaris Model MP 6000 XL Radio Telephones; (1) each at the Helm and the Main Cabin * (1) Furuno Model 1751 Radar * (1) Garmin Model 75 GPS Receiver * (1) Standard Horizon Multi Digital Depth, Speedlog, and Temperature Indicator * (1) VDO Digital Depth Sounder * (1) Danforth 3" Magnetic Steering Compass * (1) Ray Jefferson Model 315 Hailer. There are Gauges for: Dual Oil Pressure, Engine Water Temperature, Volts, Fuel, and Water. There are Indicator Lts. for Low Oil, High Temperature, Low Voltage, Water/Fuel. There are Switches for: Engine Room Blower, Horn, Bilge Alarm, Anchor Lts., Running Lts., Spreader Lts., Trim Tabs, Speed Log, Depth Sounder, and Radar. There is a Stainless Steel Destroyer Type Steering Wheel. There is a Rayline 7" Remote Spotlight on the Foreward Cap. At the Helm Station, there is a Sony CFS-1010 Radio, Cassette w/Auto Reverse, Corder, and (2) More Sound Speakers. The Helm and Bridgedeck are accessible from the Aft Deck and up (3) Steps. The Helm can be secured with an Overhead Sliding Hatch and a Glass Door. The Bridgedeck has a Radar Arch and Full, Screened Eisenglass Enclosures. For Seating, there is a Captain's Swivel Chair with Padded Bench/Lounge Seating to both the Port and Starboard. The Bridgedeck and Aft Cabin both provide a Great View when Cruising.

Electrical System:
Two (4)D Lead Acid Batteries; one each to Port and Starboard Engines. (1) 4D Lead Acid Storage Battery serves the Generator. The Batteries are contained and secured in acid resistant non-conductive boxes. There are (2) Guest (2) position battery switches for each engine and (1) Guest (4) position battery switch located at the main DC panel. Batteries are charged by engine mounted alternators and a Professional Mariner 50 Amp 120 Volt AC Charger. The Generator is an Onan 8 Kilowatt Generator; (3) Cylinder, Electric Starting, Raw Water Cooled with Heat Exchanger Diesel Engine. Hours on the Generator are 1243. Shorepower is provided by a Single 100 Amp Dual Phase Connection and (1) 30 Amp connection. In addition, there are a variety of shorepower cords and adaptors.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
(1) Maxwell Nilsson Single Drum Windlass with Deck Switches * (1) Danforth 30lb Anchor located in the Bow Roller * (1) Danforth 20lb Anchor located in the Flybridge Locker. For Line Rode, there is a 6' Chain Leader with 150' of 5/8" three strand nylon rode complete with galanized thimble and shackle.

Sails and Rigging:
Bimini Top and Full Screened, Eisenglass Enclosures to the Helm and a Hardtop and Full Screened Eisenglass Enclosures to the Aft Deck.

Additional Equipment:
Additional Equipment Includes: a 1994 Zodiac 11.5' Rigid Bottom Inflatable Dinghy with a 1994 Mercury Marine 15hp Outboard. The Tender is secured on Twin Static Position Stainless Steel Davits with Manually Operated Winches.
