This Morgan 45 "Arcturus" has spent all her time on the great lakes. She is being sold by her second owner and has had many upgrades that include: 2 zone air conditioning and heat, bow thruster, dinghy davit system, Rolls batteries, newer Quantum roller furling mainsail, electric main sheet winch, full electronics and much more. Accomodations:
Starting forward you will find a centerline double V-Type berth to sleep two. There are drawers and a cedar lined haning locker for clothes storage and two dressing seats. Aft and to port is the forward head that is entered privately from the forward cabin or main salon. The forward head features a manual marine toilet, sink, shower, and vanity. The main salon features a varnished teak dinette table, port and starboard settees (the port converts to a double), varnished teak and holly cabin sole, upholstered chair, and teak veneer bulkhead paneling. The spacious galley is to starboard with coin dot composite sole and Corian counter tops. The "walk under passageway" is complete with lockers and cabinets with slide-out wire basket storage. The navigation station and desk is to port and comfortable for charting or reading. The large aft cabin features a centerline queen size berth, a ladies vanity with upholstered seat and lighting for make up and a separate en-suite sink. There are large hanging lockers and plety of storage for the live-aboard couple. The master stateroom head features a tub/shower combo, manual marine head, and sink.
