SELLER DESCRIPTION

This very nice 35 Convertible is roomy enough for a liveaboard, and classy enough for entertaining. Powered by twin 320hp Marine Power TBI inboard motors. These engines are fresh water cooled and only have 600 hrs on them. The swim platform leads into the nice, deep cockpit by way of a folding set of steps. This makes the cockpit a great place for young cruisers or dogs, because of the tall freeboard. This space is partially covered by the flying bridge deck from above and there is a full enclosure for the cockpit, making this an awesome cold season space. The fresh water cooled Kohler generator (203 hrs) is located beneath the cockpit deck and has a full soundshield for whisper-quiet operation. The salon is accessed by a sliding glass door and has a generous amount of space for a sofa, chair and entertainment center. The headroom in the salon is 6'5". The galley is a step down to port and the convertible dinette is to stbd. The enclosed head with a separate stand-up shower is forward and on the stbd side with a bunk room on the port side. The master stateroom is forward in the boat and features a very large bed. The flying bridge is reached by a set of moulded in steps, not an open ladder-type of climb. The bridge features 2 pedestal seats, plus a large L-shaped lounge seat suitable for 5 adults. Electronics include Autopilot, color depth finder, color GPS/Plotter, VHF radio and AM/FM/CD stereo. Accomodations:
The master stateroomm is located forward in the cabin. With its own privacy door, plenty of storage space for clothes, etc and its own zone of Heating/AC, this vessel's owner is king of the castle. There is an overhead hatch that provides natural light and fresh air when desired. There is also a private doorway into the head from the Master Stateroon.The bunk room has an over and under bunk bed type of arrangement. There is a privacy door for this room, and the head is located across the hallway.The head features a nice vanity and counter space, sink, ample cabinet space, Par Electric toilet with a tank-watch monitor. The stand-up shower has a shower curtain and clear acrylic wall that separates the shower from the rest of the head. There is also sleeping space for 2 adults on the convertible dinette. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Salon.

Galley:
The galley is nice and open with modern Appliances. With a Great-room type of feel, the galley and dinette are connected to the rest of the salon, but on a step down level that gives a more spacious arrangement. The Norcold referigerator/freezer is 9 mos old and operates on both AC or DC power. There are lots of cabinets for galley storage and ample counterspace for preparing meals onboard. Electonics and Navigational Gear:

Electrical System:
Shore power is supplied by two 30 amp shore power cords. There is a complete 110 volt switch and breaker system. The generator is a fresh water cooled Kohler in a full soundshield. The generator has its own starting battery and is easily accesed by a hatch in the cockpit floor. 12 volt power is supplied by dual batteries that are normally charged by the engine alternators and by the on-board battery charged. There are individual battery switches as well. Both batteries have been replaced in the past 2 seasons. There is a complete 12v switch and breaker system.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
An electric windlass makes anchoring an easy task. The bow is safely accesed by way of recessed side walks with nice tall bow rails and handrails strategically placed around the house. Both the Flying bridge Canvas and full eisenglass enclosure, and the cockpit canvas and full eisenglass enclosure (not pictured) are included with the sale of this fine vessel.
