Accomodations:
Below decks you will find an environment that functions both underway and while sitting at the dock. Nine opening hatches assure abundant light & ventilation throughout the main cabin. With sleeping accomodatons for up to seven, your crew will cruise in comfort. Varnished teak with teak and holly sole, blue cushions, private fwd. cabin with large v-berth, hanging locker and vanity sink.Main salon with wrap-around dinette seating and fixed table that lowers to convert into a large double berth. Single settee port. Outboard facing nav-station with seat. Large L-shaped galley. Aft head with marine toilet, vanity sink and separate shower stall with door. Spacious aft owners suite with centerline queen berth, hanging lockers and bins port and starboard, bureau with mirror.

Galley:
The L-Shaped Galley to port has enough room for the most serious chef. A Gimballed L.P.G. Three Burner Stove with Oven, Stainless Steel Double Sink, Refrigeration (110v & 12 v)and composite countertops are highlights. There is abundant Storage as well.

Pedestal mount Ritchie Compass, 2008 Raymarine C80 Color Chartplotter/GPS, 2008 Raymarine ST60 Wind System, 2008 Raymarine ST6000 Autopilot, ST50 knotmeter and ST50 Depthsounder mounted in NavPod at helm. 2008 Raymarine Ray-54 VHF radio mounted at nav station.

Electrical System:
The 12 Volt System has 1 Starting and 4-6 Volt Golf Cart Batteries. The 115 Volt, 30 Amp, System has Shorepower, Cord, Battery Charger and Recepticals throughout.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Wheel Steering, Nav Pedistal, Spacious Cockpit, Cockpit Table with Fiberglass Leaves, a Walk Through Stern with Transom Boarding Platform & Boarding Ladder, Double Lifelines wit Gates to Port & Starboard, Large Ahcnor Locker with Roller, Electric Windlass, Anchor & Rode are included.

Sails and Rigging:
Both Full-lenght battened Dacron Mainsail with Dutchman flaking system and 155% Dacron Furling Genoa with U.V. Protection on Schaefer furling system are original and in good condition. Also included are Mainsheet Traveler with Car and Adjuster System, Genoa Tracks Inboard and All Halyards Lead Aft to Sheet Stoppers. All (4) Lewmar self-tailing winches have Covers.
