Accomodations:
The Regal 402 layout consisting of a stateroom forward with an angled double berth. Coming aft, the large open galley is forward to port, and butts up against the enclosed head with separate stall shower. Opposite, to starboard, is the large convertible, salon settee along the starboard hull side. Aft of this and down is the large convertible aft stateroom with booth type seating arrangement that converts to a large berth. Up and out the sliding salon door is the helm to strbd. with companion seat and chart flat to port. Aft to starboard is the wet bar with icemaker, cooler compartment and a large wrap around lounge seat to port with cockpit table.
Mechanical Equipment:
Marine Reverse air system; Hot water heater; Westerbeke 8kw generator with remote start; Forward / aft bilge pumps; Fuel Transfer System; Engine Blowers; New Auto oil Change system (8/07).
Galley:
The galley is to port and is open to the salon. Princess 2 burner electric cook top, built in microwave, coffee pot and Norcold refrigerator/freezer; Corian counter tops with stainless steel sink.
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
New RayMarine C80 Chart plotter, GPS, Sonar and radar with 2 Navionics cards for US Southeast/Bahamas; Raytheon 53 VHF Radio; Raypilot 650 Autopilot; Compass; Battery Parallel, 4 engine batteries / 2 house batteries; New remote controlled spotlight; Electric remote controlled windless.
Professionally maintained Regal with twin 330 Cummins DIESEL engines is in turn key condition. Engines have low hours and are in excellent condition. The current owner has spent the past two years refurbishing this boat and updating/upgrading many mechanical, electrical and aesthetic features. Upgrades made to this vessel during the past two years include new RayMarine C80 Chart plotter, Digital Sonar, GPS and Radar Scanner (June 06), new vacu-flush electric head and intake/discharge lines (June 06), new bottom job (June 06), 4 new engine batteries (May 07), new windshield wipers/blades (Sept 06), new remote control bow spotlight (Nov, 05), new fabric upholstery in mid and forward cabins (Aug 05), new 30amp shore power inlets and shore power cords (Apr 05), new fresh water system pump (Sept 06), new stern underwater transom light (June 06), new cockpit seat cushions (8/07), new canvas (10/06), new oil removal system (8/07) new transom shower, hydraulic lifts on transom / interior lockers, fresh water intake connection, cockpit carpet, etc, etc, etc. In addition the boat is now equipped with all new canvas (10/06) in Toast Tweed with tinted glass windows. The holding tank was flushed and cleaned at the time the new head was installed. The boat has routinely been waxed and the bottom cleaned monthly.In June 2006 the port engine was replaced with a new remanufactured engine which has less than 75 hours and a new shaft was installed on the starboard engine. The starboard engine was painted to match the new port engine. In Aug 04 the starboard water cooler mixer elbow was replaced; In Oct 04 new alternators were installed and the port after cooler was replaced, and in Oct 2007 a new heat exchanger was added to starboard engine. A new port transmission and shaft were installed in Oct 04. Owner has paperwork/receipts to substantiate all work completed over the past two years.
