1996 WELLCRAFT 45 Excalibur, The EXCALIBUR 45 was designed and built for Wellcraft by Australia-based Riviera Marine. The vessel's design strikes a unique blend of pure-bred sport boat and a traditional family-style express cruiser. The EXCALIBUR 45 is constructed on a solid fiberglass deep-V hull and has an efficient and easily driven hull capable of higher performance, compared to most other express designs. 'RIPPLE EFFECT' is truly a unique EXCALIBUR 45 powered by twin YANMAR 440HP Diesels and driven by Pulse Drive's trimmable surface drives with NEW Aquamet 22 Shafts and custom six bladed props. This package enables the EXCALIBUR 45 to cruise efficiently at 38 to 40 MPH with a top speed in the high 40s. The NEW cockpit is arranged with an elevated helm with fully integrated YANMAR instruments and a NEW Garmin electronics package. The cockpit also includes a full wet bar with NEW ice maker and NEW refrigerator to port and a U-shaped lounge/sunpad aft. Beneath the sunpad is a large storage compartment and the entire aft section of the cockpit floor raises electrically for easy access to the engine compartment. The NEW updated salon of the Excalibur s mid-cabin interior is dominated by a richly-upholstered four person settee starboard opposite the portside galley. Both the forward master stateroom and the comfortable aft stateroom are separated from the salon with privacy doors. Additional features include a separate stall shower in the head, cockpit boarding steps, a NEW LEWMAR V3 anchor windlass, radar arch, transom door, a concealed swim ladder plus an endless list of other custom features.
