Accomodations:
Accommodations From the main companionway you enter a spacious, bright and airy main saloon, tastefully decorated and complimented by cherry cabinetry and teak and holly soles. Ventilation throughout NORTHERN WINDS is excellent from her 11 opening hatches and 14 opening ports. To port is a U-shaped dinette with a separate settee at midline which backs up to a storage cabinet, the fully equipped galley runs the full length of the main saloon on the starboard side of the vessel. Directly aft of the galley is the navigation station, the table is large enough for a full size chart and the navigation station has all 'the bells and whistles'. Forward of the main saloon is the master stateroom with ensuite head. The master stateroom contains a double pullman berth (5'8" x 6'3")with custom fitted sheets to port with a drawer beneath the berth. Ample storage is available in hanging lockers. There is a vanity/desk to starboard which is also utilized as an auxillary navigation station with a B & G Multi display. The head is forward and contains a vanity sink with storage under, a head and a separate shower stall. A door from the shower stall leads to the forepeak where there is a work bench and equipment storage. There are two identical guest cabins aft of the companionway, both contain double berths (6'8" x 5'2")with custom fitted sheets, ample storage in hanging lockers and on shelving and both have ensuite heads with showers.

1997 BENETEAU Custom, "Northern Winds" has never been chartered, always freshwater, two owner, Farr designed performance cruiser. She has been owned by two very experienced sailors. Each have maintained her to a very high level. She has a good racing record which includes several time prizes. "Northern Winds" is also rigged for short handed sailing with cruising sails, 3 electric winches, dual wheel steering, Profurl genoa furling, lazyjacks, jiffy reefing, adjustable genoa lead cars, Harken battcar system and a Electric anchor windlass (which can be removed while racing) with bow and remote controls. Two identical double guest staterooms aft of the companionway each with head and shower. A huge private double master stateroom forward of the mast with head and shower.
